About LLD Precision
We are a full-service machine shop in Houston. The person who quotes your part works in the same building as the person who machines it, which keeps answers quick and responsibility clear from the first call through to delivery.
Everything under one roof
Many shops our size send work out, with a part machined in one place, welded in another and finished in a third. We kept those steps in-house, so you deal with one team from raw stock through to the finished part.
That means we can commit to a date and hold it, because no part of the schedule depends on an outside vendor returning a call. If a revision comes through mid-run, it reaches the floor the same afternoon.
Where we do our best work
We do our best work where tolerances are tight and the documentation matters as much as the part: aerospace brackets and fittings, pressure-rated stainless assemblies, medical components, and automation parts that need to fit straight into a build.
Straight answers
If your part would be better or more economically made somewhere else, we will say so at quote time. If a print has a feature that will cause trouble in production, we will raise it before we cut. That conversation is easier to have early than after the parts are made.
Getting a quote
Send us a print, a STEP file or a sketch. Most RFQs come back within one business day with pricing, lead time and any manufacturability notes. We are glad to sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive; just ask.
