What we can make

Capabilities

The detail behind the work: our machines, the materials we work in, the tolerances we hold in production and the finishing we can arrange.

Everything in one building

Design, machining, welding, fabrication and final assembly all happen in one building, so a part never changes hands between vendors. If something needs correcting, there is one schedule and one inspection record to work from.

CNC machining

3- and 4-axis milling plus turning with live tooling. Prototype runs of one piece through mid-volume production, programmed from your solid model or straight from the print.

Welding

TIG, MIG and stick on structural and pressure-rated assemblies, with weld maps and procedure documentation where the application calls for it.

Fabrication

Shearing, press-brake forming, rolling and structural fab, taken through to a finished and finish-coated assembly.

Manufacturing & assembly

Repeat production with dedicated fixtures, routing documentation, first-article inspection, and kitted or assembled delivery.

Machine fleet

A mixed fleet lets us put each part on the machine that suits it.

  1. 3-Axis Vertical Machining Centers

High-speed VMCs for prismatic parts, fixtures and production runs.

  2. 4-Axis Machining Centers

4th-axis rotary work, machining several faces of a part in one setup.

  3. CNC Turning Centers

Live-tool lathes with sub-spindles for complete one-op turning.

How a job moves

From print to packed crate

  1. Quote

Send a print, STEP file or sketch. We come back with price, lead time and any manufacturability notes within a business day.

  2. Programming & fixturing

CAM programming and fixture design, with a documented setup sheet so the second run matches the first.

  3. First article

One piece is fully inspected and reported before the balance of the lot is cut.

  4. Production

Running on the fleet with in-process checks at defined frequencies.

  5. Final inspection

Dimensional sign-off against the print, with documentation packaged to your requirement.

  6. Finish & ship

Coating, plating, assembly and kitting arranged, then packed for transport.

Finishing we arrange

  • Anodize: clear, black and hard-coat
  • Chem-film / Alodine
  • Powder coat and wet paint
  • Zinc, nickel and chrome plating
  • Black oxide and passivation
  • Heat treat and stress relief
  • Bead blast, tumble and hand polish

Outside processing goes through partners we have vetted, and it stays on our inspection record.
